Description

A file containing 14 photographs depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store on Great Darkgate Street, Aberystwyth. Known as Woolworths store number 475, this was the four-hundred and seventy-fifth branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles, in 1932. It may have originally opened at another location and moved to Great Darkgate Street in the 1950s. The store closed in December 2008.
