Description

A file containing 15 photographs depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store on the High Street, Huntingdon. Known as Woolworths store number 608, this was the six-hundred and eighth branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles, in 1935. The store originally opened at 51 High Street but in 1970 moved to 111 High Street. The store closed in December 2008.
