A file containing 11 photographs depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store on the High Street, Sidmouth. Known as Woolworths store number 729, this was the seven-hundred and twenty-ninth branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles, in 1938. This store closed in December 2008. The 2008 store list gives the address as 6 High Street, however it appears the properties in the High Street may have been renumbered as in 2022 this building was known as 18-20 High Street.
