Description

A file containing 1 photograph depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store on Queensway, Bletchley. Known as Woolworths store number 787, this was the seven-hundred and eighty-seventh branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles, in 1952. The store first opened in a pre-fabricated building. It later occupied premises in a newly-built parade of shops. This store closed in 1988.
