Description

A file containing two photographs depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store at 6-8 Aughton Street, Ormskirk. Known as Woolworths store number 793, this was the 793rd branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles, in 1953. The store originally opened at 7-9 Burscough Street, and later moved to premises on Aughton Street.
