Description

A file containing 2 photographs depicting the F W Woolworth and Co store on the High Street, Epping. Known as Woolworths store number 854, this was the eight-hundred and fifty-fourth branch of Woolworths to open in the British Isles, in 1954. The store originally opened at 137 High Street and by 1972 had moved to 225 High Street. It closed at some point between 1972 and 1995.
