Description

Nine reconstruction illustrations created in the 1990s, depicting aerial, external and interior views of Wall Roman Site and its individual buildings. Eight illustrations by Ivan Lapper depicting the settlement, mansio and bath house were created between circa 1990 and 1994, and were commissioned for inclusion in the English Heritage guidebooks for the site. A further one illustration was created in the 1990s by Claire Thorne and gives an aerial view of the mansio and bath house.
