Description

Four reconstruction illustrations and three orientation illustrations depicting Witley Court throughout its history, created by various illustrators between 1987 and 2009 and largely for reproduction in successive editions of English Heritage guidebooks for the site. The three orientation illustrations showing the site in the present day were created by Peter Dunn, Roger Hutchins and Liam Wales in 1996, 2006 and 2009 respectively. There are also four phased reconstructions created by Philip Corke in 1987, showing the main phases of construction of the mansion at Witley Court from the Jacobean era to the Victorian era.
