Description

Four illustrations created in 2005 depicting Hylton Castle.

One illustration is by Peter Dunn and shows an aerial view of the ruins as they may have appeared in the early 18th century, whilst the other three show the impressive castle gatehouse and are by David Simon. IC195/002 may be recording the exterior of the gatehouse after stabilisation or restoration work had been carried out.
