Description

Five reconstruction illustrations and one orientation illustration depicting St Paul's Monastery in Jarrow. Four of the illustrations were created by Jill Atherton in 2008 and appear to have been commissioned for use in on-site interpretation materials, as part of English Heritage's Free Sites Project. The other is by Peter Dunn and shows three figures in Anglo-Saxon dress.

There is also one black and white preliminary sketch and some additional backup material, created by Peter Dunn. These have not been catalogued at item level.
