Description

Three illustrations produced by Peter Dunn for the 1994 English Heritage Book of Canals by Nigel Crowe. Two illustrations were used to illustrate how canals and locks work, whilst the third is a reconstruction of a boat-horse stable at Burley Wharf on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, showing the interior as it may have appeared in the 1870s.
