Photograph album labelled 'Research Establishments' containing 72 prints showing the construction of ICI research facilities at Alderley Park including views of the infected animal house, micro-organismal and parasitology laboratories, canteen, workshops, glass store and boiler house. Also included are images showing the artist I. Green painting mural in dining hall and completed interior views of dining hall and kitchens, and details showing stone mason at work, shuttering to spiral staircase of library, old trees being removed from site and Kynalok cladding (ICI metals product) to boiler house.
At some point in the history of the album, from page 49 onwards, the numbering of some of the scanned images has become out of sync with the album page numbers. During 2019, where the scan did not match the page number, the subsequent page was suffixed with an 'a'.
