Description
Photograph album labelled 'Oil Refineries' containing 58 black and white prints showing the construction of Coryton Oil Refinery including details of steelwork, concreting, suspension bridge to water intake caisson, pipes track, water intake track, utility pipes track, turbine blocks in generating station and men cutting pipes. Also included are views of the garage, main switch house, turbo alternator block, propane pump house, boiler house, chemical building, control house, and T.C.C. unit reactor under construction.
