Photograph album labelled 'Road : By Pass : Barnet 1' containing 78 black and white prints showing the construction of various sections of the bypass including new roundabout at Stirling corner, northern roundabout, Blanche Lane and reconstruction at Dyrham Park junction of Gulley Lane and Trotters Bottom. Also included are details showing construction of Rowley Lane Bridge including views of diaphragms, pre-stressed beams, shuttering and pouring concrete as well as weigh batching plant and views of site prior to work.
