Description
An album of 75 prints showing the 'Birmingham - Preston Motorway', now the M6 under construction. The sites featured are believed to all be within Staffordshire.
Views include specific stretches of motorway under construction, a California Beaming Ratio test, the fixing of a fascia panel, Walton's Wood, the laying of a concrete base course, construction of a roundabout on the border of Cheshire, workers laying asphalt, the Keel Service area, sand and grit bunkers and slip roads.
