- Three envelopes containing 62 prints relating to the redevelopment of Chester city centre between 1963 and 1966; - views of new office buildings built between 1967 and 1972, including Richmond House, Liverpool, Grosvenor House, Basingstoke, Grosvenor House, Redditch, and Chapel Hall, Liverpool; - views of the Lord Street shopping centre in Wrexham under construction between 1967 and 1969; - views of work on the Duke of Westminster's Pale estate in Wales, 1952-1953; - views of new apartment developments in Grosvenor Square, Mayfair and Eaton Mews, Belgravia; - views of the Grosvenor-Laing office in Westminster, 1966.
