Description

The album includes photographs taken around the Linden Hall Estate in Northumberland. There are also images showing Brinkburn Priory and Cragside. Some images are unidentified and some show family and group portraits including leisure pursuits such as hunting and picnics. The photographs, of which there are an estimated 107, were taken between about 1890 and 1914. Around 35 prints show architectural and parkland subjects with the remainder being of more social interest.
