Description

Album containing 37 high quality, photographic prints recording the Liverpool Electric Cable Company works in Linacre Lane, Bootle, Liverpool.

A number of the photographs are panoramic views made up of two or three individual prints taped together. All of the photography is by Stewart Bale a well known Liverpool photographer and each print carries the photographer's stamp and negative number on the reverse (3432 series). These numbers have been retained where images have been catalogued at item level. The photographer's name is also stamped on the bottom right hand corner of each view.
