Seventy-six sheets, the earliest of which are twentieth century copies of military drawings made between 1715 and 1902. There is a site plan from the late 1950s or early 1960s, and deed plans produced between 1962 and 1970, some of which are revised to 1972. There is also a plan for reproduction from 1977.
Several drawings of the Powder Magazine are included, from between 1972 and 1978, with a sheet from 1981 relating to its racking. A number of drawings from 1981 and 1982 show a new generator house for Col. Geo. Boscowan's Battery.
From the 1990s, there are topographic survey sheets, drawings relating to a new handrail and reprofiling for King Charles Battery, and drawings relating to maintenance of Steval Battery.
The most recent sheets show rectified photography and photogrammetric elevations from a survey made in 2006, the sheets being plotted and drawn between 2006 and 2010.
