Forty-nine sheets of drawings dating from the monument's transfer to the Office of Works in 1932, to 2008. The earliest drawings are site plans and maps relating to the transfer and the monument's boundaries. There are also several 1930s drawings of a proposed custodian's hut.
From the 1950s and 1960s there are exhibition plans, a gateway survey, drawings of a proposed tea counter and wrought-iron grilles, a site plan and a plan of the Cellarer's Range.
Later sheets show proposed new entrance gates, the location of portable toilets, display panel prints, and plans for a park proposed by Guisborough Urban District Council.
From the 1980s and early 1990s, there are drawings of proposed grilles, an electrical installation survey, scaffolding and hoarding drawings, photogrammetric elevations, and repair record drawings.
The most recent sheet is an orthophotographic montage from 2008.
