Description

168 sheets of drawings of the minster and its chapter house, dating from between 1972 and 2006. Included are photogrammetric drawings from 1974, 1982, 1999 and 2006, sheets relating to the reglazing of the chapter house in the mid-1970s, and drawings of its new roof from between 1974 and 1983. There are a number of sketches from 1975 showing moulding details, as well as some cut-out templates showing moulding profiles, and sheets from 1983 and 1984 showing stone replacement, window treatment options, electrical services and details of access scaffolding.

A number of sheets are included which relate to contracted restoration and consolidation work carried out between 1984 and 1992. There are also some drawings from 1992 showing window repairs.
