Description

Six sheets of drawings relating to the recording, maintenance and presentation of The Hurlers stone circles, created by H M Office of Works between circa 1910 and September 1935.

The folder includes a location map showing the circles in relation to the nearby village of Minions (incorrectly labelled on the map as 'Cheesewring'), two sheets of design drawings for a custodian's/ ticket hut, and three plans recording the positions of the stones and excavation trenches in the summer of 1935.
