225 sheets beginning with a few from the early twentieth century, with many between 1949 and 1956 and between 1963 and 1964. A few plans show the temporary roof and its proposed rebuilding, as well as surveys conducted after the fire.
Several drawings show plans relating to the moat, including the water levels and bridge designs. In addition, some show the drainage and water supply to the moat as well as the electrical recirculation pump.
There are many plans of the Jewel Tower site, including Old Palace Yard, some of which have been designed for reproduction, including hand-tinted copies. Some sections and plans relate to excavations conducted of the site, and some depict retaining walls present on the site. Six plans relate to design schemes for the visitors centre. Designs for custodians toilets have also been included.
Many plans relate to the Ministry of Public Buildings and Works Abingdon Street surface layout to the car park project.
There are five oversized drawings showing constructional phases of the Jewel Tower site, and sections and plans of a retaining wall and bridge at the Jewel Tower.
