Description

Seventy-nine sheets of drawings of the tithe barn (with a small number showing Prior's Hall farmhouse), relating to maintenance, presentation and excavation of the building and site. Most of the sheets date from the 1970s and 1980s, but there is an Ordnance Survey map of Widdington village from the edition of 1921. Some drawings from 1977 relate to a temporary cover for the barn. There are two significant groups of drawings of trusses and gables, the first from the late 1970s and revised versions from the early 1980s. There are sections and plans from the late 1970s, and copies of plans and sections of the monastic drain probably from the 1980s.
