Description

Folder containing fifteen sheets of maps, measured drawings and diagrams relating to the recording, guardianship and maintenance of St Catherine's Castle, Fowey, created between the early twentieth century and 1977 by various organisations including English Heritage's predecessor bodies.

There are several sheets dating from between 1929 and the 1960s detailing guardianship, ownership and access of the site.

Five sheets of measured drawings of the rock face below the battery date to 1937 and were created by H M Office of Works.

Five sheets dating from August 1977 form a measured survey of the structure, created by the Department of the Environment.
