Description

216 measured drawings, measured surveys, photogrammetric surveys and photographic prints relating to the Chapter House and Pyx Chamber at Westminster Abbey, ranging in date from December 1866 to March 2005.

There are a number of plans and elevations of the Chapter House dating from the early 20th century. There is also a large number of measured drawings of the Chapter House windows dating from the 1940s and 1950s.

A number of drawings relate to repairs to the roof of the Chapter House in the 1970s, and many more from the 1980s relate to work to the Chapter House vestibule and lobby.

Two photogrammetric surveys of the Chapter House were conducted in February 1989. There is an orthophotographic survey of the floor tiles in the Chapter House from 1998 - 1999. There is a further photogrammetric survey of the Chapter House from December 2004, with a photogrammetric survey of the Pyx Chamber dating from March 2005
