288 drawings starting in the 1820s and 1880s, then ranging from the early twentieth century to the early 1960s, none in the 1970s and 1980s, a large number from 1999 to 2001, and several from 2010 to 2012. The drawings from 1825 and 1826 depict the arch in its original location by Green Park hence its former name the Green Park Arch. These include several copies of drawings by Decimus Burton the designer of the arch. The drawings from the 1880s concern the removal of the arch to its current location as Wellington Arch. From the 1910s there are drawings show works on the quadriga which continue to the 1950s when repairs were carried out. Plans dated 1959 to 1962 show an improvement scheme including a ventilation shaft, floodlighting and reinforcement works. In 1999 there are drawings showing various proposals for the re-use of the arch as exhibition/ office/ accommodation space. Other drawings from 1999 to 2000 show necessary repairs, repointing, waterproofing and other alterations. Additional sheets are floor plans of the arch created by English Heritage in March 2001 and design drawings of a cupboard for the interior of the arch. The drawings from 2011 to 2012 relate to the exhibition room.
