Description

A sales brochure for the North Ash Estate near Hartley in the County of Kent, in an area now called New Ash Green. The brochure gives the particulars and conditions of sale, with a plan of the farms and small holdings. The estate comprises of two superior farm residences, two sets of buildings, seventeen cottages and about 400 acres of land between Hartley and Ash. Included are photographic views of the exterior of North Ash Estate farm houses and grounds: Newhouse Farm; North Ash, now known as The Manor House; and fruit growing land. A coloured plan of the locations, reproduced from the Ordnance Survey Map, is available along with schedules for its use. The auctioneer is Mr. E. J. Parker, F.A.I..
