Description

Sales brochure for speculative housing in Valley Green, Welwyn Garden City by Welwyn Builders Limited. Included in the brochure is an illustration of the development, plus general street layout plan and ground and first floor plans for houses in the development. Beside each plan is the sale price; ground rent and dimensions of plot. The brochure also gives details of 'Easy Terms of Purchase' and a brief build specification applicable to all houses. Some houses are marked as 'SOLD'. The brochure was donated by John Morrey on 6.10.1992.
