Description

Sales brochure for speculative housing in Valley Road, Welwyn Garden City by Welwyn Builders Limited. Numbers 44-88 (even) and 53-67 (odd) Valley Road feature, together with 41 High Oaks Road and 30 Youngs Rise. Included in the brochure are two illustrations of the front elevations of houses in the development, plus general street layout plan and ground and first floor plans for houses. Beside each plan is the sale price; ground rent and garden size. The brochure also gives details of 'Easy Terms of Purchase' and a brief build specification applicable to all houses. The brochure was donated by John Morrey on 6.10.1992.
