Church of St Petrock, Petrockstow - Torridge
Parish church. C14 aisle and C15 tower, the rest rebuilt from 1878 to 1880. There are some problems with the roof covering, especially verges and eaves, parapets and flashings. The rainwater goods and drainage need repair and overhauling. This has led to water ingress and salt damage to the interior. Recent lightning strike has led to all electrics being disabled. Funding application under the National Lottery Heritage Fund Grant for Places of Worship scheme in 2017 but was not successful. The congregation has left and is jointly worshipping at the Methodist Church. Closed for worship.
