Farmhouse now hotel. Early C18. Brick with ashlar quoins and plinth, Welsh slate roof with coped verges and saddlestone to left, stone stacks to right. L-plan. 2 storeys,7 windows. Chamfered door case right of centre with two 2-light cyma-mullioned windows to right and four to left. Continuous string course above windows. First floor has seven 2-light cyma-mullioned windows. To left of main front is rubblestone lean-to extension with tall brick stack and cylindrical projecting bread oven. Right return has square bay window with cyma-moulded cases. 2-storey rubblestone rear wing and outshot have 2-light cyma-mullioned windows and gabled stair turret has cyma-moulded cross window. Interior has chamfered ceiling beams with stops, but otherwise is Victorian.
