Pair of cottages, C17 timber-frame largely recased in rubble stone
with C20 east end addition. Original range has stone slate roof,
half-hipped to west with ridge stack and north west corner stack.
1½ storeys. South side has 2 renewed sloping dormers to right and
ground floor casements and sash. West end has door in C18 cyma-
moulded surround with hood on brackets and first floor 2-light
cyma-moulded recessed mullion window with dripstone. One cyma-
moulded flush mullion 2-light window to north side right. North
side left has exposed heavy square framing and small 1-3-1 light
canted timber-mullion oriel window. Large C20 addition to No 4.
Interior of No 3 not inspected. No 4 has one bay of timber-framed
range with heavy tie-beam and collar truss on end wall and collar
truss on party wall.
