GV II

Manse, c1862, coursed rubble stone with slate roof, coped gables
and end wall stacks. 2 storeys, double fronted, the facade framed
by raised ashlar strip to sides and under eaves. Two 12-pane sashes
in flush surrounds to each floor and central 4-panel door in ashlar
porch with moulded cornice and parapet. Chapel House and North
Wraxall Congregational Chapel (q.v.) form an unaltered rural chapel
group on an unusually isolated site, midway between North and Upper
Wraxall.
