House and shop. Late C18 altered in the C19 and C20. Coursed rubble with flush rusticated dressed stone quoins, stone dressings to windows and gabled stone
slate roof with 2 stone stacks. Two-storey, 3-window north front.
Windows are C19 sashes with marginal glazing in blocked surrounds;semicircular C20 small pane glazed shop bay to right. Central doorway with flat hood on brackets and 6-panel door with the top 2 panels glazed.
