2. Probably early C19. Two and a half storeys converted. Creeper covered. Coursed rubble with brick quoins and quoined brick dressings. Modern tile roof, 1/4 hipped to left. One large hipped dormer. Six windows and former doorway on 1st floor, 5 windows on ground floor, mostly with cambered heads, (2 on ground floor with wooden lintels) casements. Two doors on ground floor (stable-type). Modern porch extension to right hand gable. Two storey arched opening to left with water wheel. Tall tapering brick chimney to right at back. Four mill stouts, 2 in front, 2 to right band gable. Gabled set back converted wing to left.
