House, then offices, now college. c1840-50. Limestone rubble with ashlar stone facade. Hipped roof with mid C20 tiles and gable stacks. Two
storeys, three bays. Central hallway and flanking reception rooms, two
rooms deep. Left rear 2-storey extension. Doric pilastered
portico, 6-panel door with fanlight over. Lugged window
architraves and bracketed sills. Margin-glazed sashes. End
pilasters becoming quoins on first floor above string course.
Paired modillion eaves.
