3/495 No 14 the numbering shall be amended to read Nos 14 and 16

and Part 2 of the entry should be amended to read

A C16/C17 timber framed building originally of which elements remain behind an C18 brick 3 storey front, stuccoed in the early C19, Band cornice and parapet with coping. 2 windows to upper floors flat grooved arches with vermiculated Keystones. Rusticated quoins. Modern shop fronts partly cutting into 1st floor windows. Round arch passage entrance to right hand of No 14 with block imposts and keystone. Elements of timber frame survive on first floor and in roof with arched brace, tie beams and collars, slate hung gables to rear. Early C18 turned baluster staircase survives from 1st floor to 2nd floor.

HIGH STREET 1. 1594 (West Side) No 14 SU 1429 NW 3/495 II GV 2. Early to mid C19 refacing of C16/Cl7 structure. 3 storeys stucco raced, cornice and parapet. 2 sashes 2nd floor. Altered tripartite 1st floor window. Mod shop front ground floor. Interior has some early C18 panelling. The roof structure trussed with collars.

Nos 2 to 14 (even) form a group.
