1. 5409 KINGSBURY SQUARE Nos 18 and 19 (formerly listed as Nos 22 and 23) SU 0931 5/12 4.8.51.

2. Mid C18. 2 storeys and attic. Ashlar with projecting plinth, moulded cornice and panelled parapet, with keystones to panels over No 19. Tiled roof with 2 off ridge chimneys and 1 dormer (2-light casement). Slight central break of 2 windows. 1+2+1 narrow windows and 3-light 2 storey bay. Single hung glazing bar sashes (except narrow windows) on 1st floor, 2-light glazing bar casements to bay. The cornice and parapet treatment carried over bay. Keyed lintels, except to bay. On ground floor a central single hung sash, 2 narrow casements flanking door to No 19, the left hand one modern, and bay (as on 1st floor). Through-passage to left of No 18. Doorcases have later bracketted hoods, panelled pilasters and panelled reveals, No 19 with upper roundels; No 18 has a door with 6 moulded raised and fielded panels, brass hoop and vase knocker and 3 pane overlight. Door to No 19 has 8 raised and fielded panels, upper 2 glazed, and mask and ring knocker. Interior: ground floor bay window room panelled.
