HONINGTON SP24SE 2/150 Upper St. Dennis Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Early C18. Coursed squared limestone rubble. Brick extension to right. C20 extension to left. Steeply pitched tile roof with stone coped gables. Brick end stacks. 2 storeys plus attic; 5-window range. Central former entrance has moulded and chamfered stone doorcase within C20 bow window. A 2-light stone-mullioned window to left of ovolo section with opening casements. Windows without hood moulds or label stops. Flat band to first floor. Rear has a 16-pane sash and 2-light casements with wood lintels. Flat band to first floor. Entrances to side and rear. Interior: chamfered beams. Inglenook fireplace with bressumer. Dog-leg staircase with balusters.
