Pair of cottages, possibly formerly one house. C17, with C18 and C19 alterations. Coursed squared ironstone. No.3 on right has corrugated iron roof; brick internal stack. Roof on No.2 undergoing reconstruction at time of resurvey; brick end stack. Four-unit plan. Two storeys; four-window range.
No.2 has plank door and wood lintel in second bay, inserted into partially bricked-up chamfered mullioned window with one light remaining, and hood mould. Three-light C19 window with wood lintel. First floor windows removed at time of resurvey, but right window has traces of stone mullions. Interior noted as having broad stepped stop-chamfered beams and open fireplace.
No.3 has three-light casements with horizontal glazing bar inserted into low three-light chamfered mullioned windows with mullions removed; ground floor window has remains of hood-mould. Three-light C19 casement with horizontal glazing bars and painted wood lintel to right. Small part-leaded two-light casement above. Entrance to rear has C19 leaded half-glazed four-panelled door with painted glass. Interior not inspected.
