House. Late C16/C17. with early C20 alterations. Timber framed with lath and plaster infill; additions in brick. Covered in roughcast and imitation ashlar render with rendered quoins. Concrete tile roofs; lias and brick external stack, and brick ridge and external stacks. L-plan, with wing to rear. Two storeys; two-window range. Gabled entrance front has early C20 six-panelled door and moulded wood surround. Canted bay window to left. Early C20 casements. Gable. Right return side to Alcester Road has massive central external stack of regular coursed lias, with three square shafts of thin bricks with V-pilasters. Early C20 two-storey wood mullioned and transomed canted bay window to left. C20 casements to right.

Interior: room behind external stack has exposed framing, altered open fireplace and broad stop-chamfered ceiling beams. Similar beams in another room. First floor said to have exposed framing.
