Cottage. Late C16/early C17. Timber framed: close studding and square framing with lath and plaster and whitewashed brick infill; partly underbuilt in lias and brick. Gable end to road roughcast. Tile roof, brick lateral stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; one-window range. Entrance in left return side has part-glazed 6-panelled door. Casements with glazing bars. Gable ends have jowled posts. Right return side has exposed framing. Interior: C19 winder staircase. Trenched purlin roof. Undergoing additions and alterations at time of resurvey.
