House. Early C19. Brick faced with scored stucco, with moulded stucco sill band on second floor. Wood bracket eaves cornice. Slate hipped roof; brick lateral stacks. Central staircase plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. 4-panelled half-glazed door and overlight with moulded stucco surround. Wrought iron openwork porch. 16-pane sashes with moulded stucco surrounds; central 12-pane windows. Sides and rear of whitewashed brick. 2 storey wing facing onto School Road has dentil cornice. Interior not inspected.
