Inn, now shop. C17, re-fronted and heightened early C19. Whitewashed brick; ground floor rendered. Slate roof with boxed eaves; 2 brick ridge stacks. L-plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. 4-panelled door with overlight and simple wood pilasters. Ground floor has canted bays: left bay with paired sashes and abutts wall on left. Flat roof across entire facade. Upper floors have 4-pane sashes under rendered stone flat arches with rusticated voussoirs and keyblocks. Rear: Red brick. Interior; Broad chamfered ceiling beams and some exposed framing. Room to rear has open fireplace. Early C19 straight flight staircase. Wrought iron scrollwork inn sign bracket with late C20 sign.
