Houses, now shops and dwellings. One build. C17, with mid C19 front. Timber framed with lath and plaster and brick infill; front of whitewashed brick. Tile roof; brick stacks. U-plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. No.17 has late C19 shop front with glazed door, bay window with moulded shafts, and fascia. No.19 has late C20 shop front. Central C20 door to through passage. First floor has 16-pane sashes with gauged brick flat arches. Through passage has exposed framing. No.17 has single-storey timber-framed wing with brick infill, and taller C19 brick range beyond. No.19 has larger 2-storey timber-framed wing with colourwashed brick and plaster infill. Long C18/C19 brick range beyond. Irregular fenestration, with C19 and C20 casements. Interior not inspected.
