House in row, with shop. Late C18 or early C19, with mid C19 extensions, but on earlier foundations. Flemish bond brickwork, slate roof. A narrow frontage building, with Eagles Alley immediately to its left; the original front range has been extended by a narrow gabled wing to the left, and a late C20 wing to the right, covering a former yard area. 3 storeys and basement, 2 windows, 12-pane sashes in reveals with V-joint splayed lintels and slate cills. The ground floor has a square plate-glass display window on a late C19 pilaster surround with, to the right, a C20 door set back. There is a grille to the basement under the display window. There is a coped parapet to the low pitched gabled roof, with 2 cropped brick stacks; the rear ranges have C20 windows. INTERIOR not inspected.
