Probable C15 three bay hall house with inserted C17 chimney stack, refronted in early C19 and refenestrated in C20. Timber framed, part exposed on north elevation with jowled post and curved braces but front elevation red and grey chequerwork brick on ground floor and weatherboarded first floor. Hipped Horsham stone slate roof with gablets. Two storeys three windows, now C20 triple casements. No 36 has a small modern wooden porch and No 38 a doorcase with flat hood over. C17 brick inserted chimney stack on ridge between first and second bay from north, further chimney stacks to right of south gablet and at north end.
