(Formerly listed as Timbers, Barracks Cottage and The Folly previously listed as Timbers and Barracks Cottage)

Three cottages, formerly farmhouse. C16 or earlier timber-framed building, partially refronted in early C19 with some late C19 extensions and C20 windows. North elevation part (Lawns Cottage) has exposed timber-framing with midrail and curved tension braces and red brick infill with some grey headers on stone plinth.

West part (Barracks Cottage and The Folly) is of coursed stone rubble with galleting and brick window dressings. Tiled roof, half-hipped to west, with off central brick chimneystack with central projection and left end chimneystack. West gable tile hung.

Rear elevation has two projecting gabled wings of red brick with tile hung gables. Two storeys and attics. Five casement windows to north elevation, three to south elevation. Attached to north west end of The Folly is an early C19 one storey stone rubble outbuilding with C20 windows which now forms part of the house. Interior has exposed beams and inglenook fireplace.
