W K K House, formerly mill house. Dated 1772 with the initials P H on the principal elevation. Built of red brick in Flemish bond. Hipped old tiled roof modillion eaves cornice 2 storeys and attics 2 windows. 2 flat roofed casement dormers. 2 12 pane sashes with cambered architraves to ground floor. Central 1st floor blank with black headers and datestone. Central blocked in doorcase with cambered head . Side elevation has 5 12 pane sashes to 1st floor and ground floor has 3 canted bays with C20 doors. 6 pane C20 door with glass panels and flat hood and brackets. 1970's brick extension to left.
